Golden State Coupons™, as well as the Sunday Supplement as a whole, is category exclusive.  This means that there will be no direct competitor competing for your business within the total insert on your publication date.

National advertisers (60MM full circulation) have until approximately 90 days before the publication date  to lock in their category.  At that point, categories are open to regional business.  That is why categories cannot be confirmed in the Golden State Coupons™ Page until this point; we have a secondary date in the event  there are a prohibitive number of category conflicts.  We will be able to let you know at any given time whether a national advertiser has closed a category for our Golden State Coupons™ Page.
